Order Policy
As soon as an order is authorized for payment, you will receive e-mail confirmation for the same. This will indicate your order no, which you can refer later for checking the online status of your order.
Delivery Period
Based on the pin code of your delivery address, you will receive the order in either 3--5 Business Days or 5-12 Business Days.
Generally the item is shipped within 2 working days from our warehouse to our Logistics partner who in turn may take up to a maximum of 3-5(urban areas) 5-15 days in rural areas working days to reach your door step depending on the place of delivery. Books send by Registered Book Post through the Indian Postal Service may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Please note that no shipments will be made from us on Sundays & Public Holidays
Note: Books ordered on Saturday after 4 p.m. will take an extra day to ship due to the weekend.
Bulk Order
An extra shipping time will be taken to dispatch/execute the bulk order then the standard time given above. This may vary on case to case basis depending upon the books ordered/availability/procurement time . You will be notified by an email within 24 hours about the time taken and dispatch of books.
Shipping Details
An email will be sent to you on shipment of your order. This will contain the order number, tracking number & details of your order. Once an order is placed, if there are any changes in the shipping address, it has to be informed to Booklandnoida customer service team within 24hrs of placing the order.
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

Damage packet/Tampered
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 0120-2497107 or log on to Submit Ticket, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest or guide you what to do

Cancel an Order
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled unless the circumstances are exceptional. Pl. provide your order ID along with the book title to enable us to correlate your transaction. You can call us at 0120-2497107 or send mail within 24 hrs after placing your order.
In cases where an order is cancelled, the payment gateway charges incurred by Booklandnoida will be deducted from the customer's payment and the customer will get refund for the remaining amount . Pl. provide your order ID along with the book title to enable us to correlate you transasction. When any customer requests for cancellation of an order, cancellation charges upto 13% on order value/product value will be applicable on case to case basis. OUR RETURN POLICY
Returning of defective / damaged item
If you receive a damaged or a defective item please return the same without any hesitation to us in a proper package. Kindly enclose a note stating the reason for the returns. Also state your order no & send it to us via a trusted courier or mail. As soon as we receive the defective item we will send you a fresh replacement or refund the amount as per your choice. In your return note please advice us whether you would like a replacement or a refund. . Return of any defective / damage item should be done within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment to our office address given below mentioning your Transaction ID

We will refund the amount after receipt of book minus the transaction charges which is 2.9 % of transaction ammount, In case the payment is done through Credit card / Debit card/ Net Banking plus our original delivery charges.
The processing a refund may vary from 3 to 21 working days, depending on the issuing bank/payment processor to pass credit for the said refund.
